FROM UNIFIED FERMENTS: We are thrilled to introduce our latest collaboration with Kettl. Based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Kettl sources and imports exceptionally fine Japanese tea, showcasing a wide range of expressions. Our collaboration highlights the breadth of their offerings, and the richness of Japanese tea itself. Gorgeous, toasted Buckwheat with deep notes of heirloom grain and spun sugar. Our ferment pulls out the fruitier side of the grain, with high notes of poached pear and persimmon.
