Shipping
How does shipping work?
The title on all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of Louisiana. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Patron Saint to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. If you choose to ship your wine to a non-reciprocal state, you assume all responsibility to comply with your state's laws regarding alcohol shipments. Patron Saint makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of Louisiana. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize Patron Saint to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
Do you offer in-store pick-up?
Yes! Choose “Local Pick-Up” at checkout. (And maybe save some time for a glass when you come to pick up your order.)
Do you ship wine year round?
Patron Saint ships wine only during seasonally appropriate times to ensure your products are not compromised in transit. Orders placed during high summer months will be held until temperatures are safe for shipping. If you have questions about when an order will ship, please send a note to info@patronsaintwine.com. And if you're local, you're always welcome to choose "Local Pick-Up" at checkout and grab your order from our New Orleans store.
Wine Club
What is the All Souls Wine Club?
We’re so glad you asked. The All Souls Wine Club is a wine subscription that brings you either two or four bottles each month, handpicked upon a theme (examples include a geographic study of coastal Italy and a juicy collection of wines for gossiping). This is our opportunity to share wines we find particularly compelling, thought-provoking, or just plain delicious.
In addition to wine, membership in the club also gets you 15% of repeat bottle buys from that month's featured wines + 10% off all ticketed events.
How does it work?
You can sign up for the club through our website. Choose either two or four bottles per month, plus any add-ons, from St. Pizza Focaccia to special picks from our cellar. Come pick up your treasures from the shop the second Wednesday of each month, and enjoy 10% off all glasses on pickup day. (Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email reminder.)
After you’re enrolled, you can make changes to your subscription through the member portal, whether you want to pause for a few months or change your membership tier. You can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time.
I’m going to be out of town for a bit. Can I pause my wine club subscription? Or just skip a month or two?
Yes, you can make changes to your wine club subscription through your customer portal.
Gift Cards
How can I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase an eGift Card through our Toast site here. If you prefer a physical card, swing by the shop and we can issue you one.
How can I redeem a gift card?
We use Toast to issue gift cards. Toast gift cards can be used for any in-shop purchases. If you want to use a Toast gift card to make an online purchase, please reach out to us at info@patronsaintwine.com for help.
If you have a physical gift card issued by Shopify (will have the Shopify logo on the back), please reach out to use at info@patronsaintwine.com so we can get you set up with a Toast gift card instead.
