FROM UNIFIED FERMENTS: We are thrilled to introduce our latest collaboration with Kettl. Based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Kettl sources and imports exceptionally fine Japanese tea, showcasing a wide range of expressions. Our collaboration highlights the breadth of their offerings, and the richness of Japanese tea itself. Kukicha - A lovely green expression, with the soft grassiness and underlying salinity of sencha. Our ferment draws out the juicy tropical fruit notes that stem teas are known for.
