The Projects of Sashi Moorman, Tuesday November 3

A single evening dedicated to the wide-ranging projects of a restless mind deep inside the experiment of American wine. California winemaker Sashi Moorman is the head of the family tree of projects that includes Sandhi, Evening Land, and Piedrasassi. We'll skip from his classic, lush Chardonnays of Central Coast California to the cool and misty Pinot Noir vineyards of Oregon's Eola-Amity hills to understand how Moorman has birthed a fresh understanding of what single-vineyard concentration can look like in America. Led by deep thinker and wine educator Darren Palace, who works across Moorman's projects, we'll dive into each label including some rare cuvées we managed to get on our shelves. 

The evening includes a tasting of eight wines, a light spread of snacks, and 10% off all bottles featured on the tasting.
