THE WINE: Super rad plantings of Albariño, Grenache Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc from the Columbia Valley are the source of this mouth-watering mineral bomb in a bottle. With textural build from time on lees, you’ll find layering and complexity in both the nose and on the palate.

THE PRODUCER: Ouest [pronounced wɛst], noun, (point cardinal, direction, situation) embodies the spirit of the Pacific Northwest as a wine growing region. We created Ouest for the PEOPLE as we believe in wines farmed from ecologically healthy vineyards and made with low input winecrafting, and that YOU – the wine drinker – can enjoy these wines at a fair value. These wines hail from the Columbia Valley, which lays near the volcanic Cascade Mountains and features rolling hills and arid landscapes. The vineyards here, which thrive in a dry and warm climate, are home to some of the most interesting and under-the-radar plantings, which we have brought together in this first bottling of a mineral and bright red-fruited rosé, and a sun-kissed bold red.
