THE WINE: The La Belle Promenade Pinot Meunier has been sought after by Flâneur fans since we started making it in 2017. Known for its important role as a blending variety in traditional Champagne, Meunier is just as delicious on its own as a still red wine. Our playful approach to crafting this wine involves 100% whole cluster with a medley of carbonic and traditional fermentation techniques making it a lighter red wine meant to be enjoyed in its youth.

THE PRODUCER: A flâneur is, quite simply, a leisurely wanderer, a worldly explorer, a connoisseur of life. The word, hailing from 19th-century France, captures the idea that the mind functions best at a slow pace, and that curiosity can uncover a life of significance. It is, as Charles Baudelaire wrote so eloquently, a life of juxtaposition: alone yet surrounded by bustle, slow yet continuously moving forward.
