FROM CASEIFICIO DELL'ALTA LANGA: Bocconcino di Langa is a small format goat's milk tomino. It's still made by hand at Alta Langa using the old traditions of the Piedmont region of Italy. This cheese is excellent for a board or an easy addition to a picnic.
