FROM JOSÉ PASTOR: A collaborative dry vermouth between Buelan Compañía de Sacas of Jerez and Uncouth Vermouth in the Hudson Valley. With a base of Buelan Nevado 3 year aged, unfortified fino, this is fortified with grape spirit from the Finger Lakes. Infused with botanicals from both Andalucia and the Hudson Valley. Very limited and small batch.
