An Italian Spirits Festa, Tuesday August 11

If you've peered at our spirits shelves, you will have noticed that we have an inordinate number of spritzing + Italian sipping ingredients. This is by design. I once wrote a book on the history + rituals of spritzing, and our sibling restaurant, St. Pizza, is very Italian. In our constant journey toward learning more about the motherland, we have discovered that we can't get enough of things like the zippy, orange-bomb Baldoria Bitter, the juicy, ephemeral Ventidue Elderflower liqueur, and the bitter, brooding Paesani Amaro Gran Sasso. Thankfully, there is a single importer that provides us with all of these things: The Italian Spirits Company. Founded by David Lynch, a James Beard Award winning author + restaurateur, and Ken Fredrickson, restaurateur + founder of High Road Spirits, TISC has a rainbow of deep Italian cuts sourced directly from the boot.
