How about ruché that feels like a lychee rolled in crushed purple flowers? From the secret hills of Roero to the nearly extinct plots of Colli Tortonese, we'll take you through the lesser known territories of Italy's most mythologized region, plus all the grapes that have hidden in Barolo's shadow for far too long.

Led by Cameron Abbott from The Piedmont Guy, an importer that deals exclusively in the wines of the region, this two-hour class features nine wines, pizza from our sibling restaurant St. Pizza, and 10% off all the evening's featured bottles.
