A Caviar Moment

Bring the polish to the party with Island Creek's gorgeous little tins of luxurious caviar. We'll set you up with the caviar of your choice + an 8 oz. container of Vermont Creamery crème fraîche and a pile of Zapp's chips. Plus, an option to add on a bottle of Lelarge-Pugeot's "Tradition Brut Nature" grower champagne for good measure. (Browse all of our champagnes and sparkling wines.)

ORDERS MUST BE IN BY MONDAY 11/24 at NOON for Wednesday 11/26 pick-up (12-9). We are closed on Thanksgiving Day. 

Choose between the following caviar options:

ISLAND CREEK ITALIAN SIBERIAN CAVIAR: Well-balanced, delicate sea salt, toasted hazelnut, a light richness that spans from clothbound cheeses to fresh butter and leaves you wanting just one more bite.

ISLAND CREEK PANCHENKO OSETRA CAVIAR: This is uber luxe, ya'll! Large, firm beads with great individuality. The color is distinctly osetra with its gun metal gray and greenish hues, occasionally leaning towards darker black. Creamy, creamy, creamy flavor - think buttered brioche with a really subtle salt finish. A clean but velvety mouthfeel.

ISLAND CREEK PANCHENKO SMOKED TROUT ROE: POP, baby! Amazing bead integrity and individuality. Delicate and brine-forward without the overly fatty, marine cling of salmon roe. Lightly brothy and subtle enough to not overpower a dish, yet able to stand on its own. Truthfully, we want to put this on everything!

ISLAND CREEK ITALIAN WHITE STURGEON CAVIAR: Distinct beads with enough body for you to pop them on the roof of your mouth. A pleasant, clean fat that stays on the pallet like a sip of fresh olive oil with a fresh salinity that lends Italian White Sturgeon a shade of refinement in comparison to varieties grown in California.

Orders will close at noon on Monday 11/24 for pickup on Wednesday 11/26. Pickup will be at the shop (1152 Magazine) during normal business hours (12-9PM).
