THE WINE: Arinto (30%), Fernão Pires (25%), Roupeiro (15%), Rabo-de-Ovelha (15%) and others (15%). Royat single cordon and guyot, no green harvest, 4000 to 6000 plants per hectare, old vines 40 to 60-year-old. Crushing and pressing destemmed grapes, fermentation in stainless steel during 16 days at 16-18 degrees. Aging "Sur Lies"

THE PRODUCER: Our first vintage was 2008.

We are collectors, we search the country looking for treasures – the vineyards, the wines and the people – and choose the ones that we believe express the unique personality of each region: the pure soul of the place.

Our goal was to create and promote wines from the top winemaking regions in Portugal and make them available across the globe.

We combine our passion and knowledge to bring to the consumer the best that Portugal has to offer.
