Sans Wine Co. Sparkling Rosé Cans

250ml (a little over a glass) of easy-peasy, sparkling rosé.

THE WINE: Produced from a single block of Zinfandel on the Poor Ranch Vineyard in Hopland, Mendocino, ‘Passadore Block,’ which was planted in 1952, and is head trained, dry farmed and certified organic. Farmed by 5th generation grape growers John, John Samuel and Susan Poor. We pressed the whole bunches of Zinfandel immediately after they arrived at the winery on September 17th. Fermentation started and finished naturally in a stainless steel tank. Light pink/orange hue. Low added sulfites, lightly carbonated, unfiltered.

THE PRODUCER: At Sans Wine Co., we source organically grown grapes from old vine vineyards in Lake, Mendocino and Napa Counties. Our wines are made naturally and are produced in the Napa Valley. All of our wines are certified vegan, contain no added sulfites and are fermented dry, with no residual (or added) sugar. We're the first producer of single vineyard, variety and vintage specific wines packaged in cans!
