THE WINE: The "Wild Thang" of the wine world. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, creating a unique texture in your mouth when combined with the foamy bubbles. Mousse-like bubbles, mouth filling ripe pineapple, lemon curd, white flowers, apples, and honeysuckle. Lingering round finish.
