The Wine:

La Favorita is an old native vine of Langa and Roero, which is well suited to lean soils, preferably sandy. It is called this because it was once said that it was a favored grape, in particular the favor was given to it by King Vittorio Emanuele II. Straw yellow wine, the bouquet is fruity and floral: hay, fresh flowers and banana; on the palate it is fresh and soft, with good balance.

Try it as an aperitif, with raw fish and delicate appetizers.

Spontaneous fermentation. Unfiltered and unclarified wine.

The Producer:

We grow only native vines, especially Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Favorita and we have been at the forefront in the recovery of the Nascetta vine and other minor native vines.

Our wines come from sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, we want a natural wine that reflects the land from which it comes, the Langhe, which is also why our wines are neither filtered nor clarified.

Through our products we want to convey our simplicity, our passion and our enthusiasm. We want a wine to drink every day without thinking about it too much but which can be enjoyed at any time and with anyone, easy but not obvious.

All the grapes we produce are hand-picked by us, in red boxes and then pressed as soon as possible.
