The Wine:

Orange wine vinified with maceration for a week or two with the skins, it has spontaneous fermentation and is not clarified. After racking it is aged in amphora and cement in our underground cellar. Maceration gives it a long and slightly tannic finish. It retains a natural opalescence. Offered in a fun one liter bottle! Unfiltered wine.

The Producer:

We grow only native vines, especially Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Favorita and we have been at the forefront in the recovery of the Nascetta vine and other minor native vines.

Our wines come from sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture, we want a natural wine that reflects the land from which it comes, the Langhe, which is also why our wines are neither filtered nor clarified.

Through our products we want to convey our simplicity, our passion and our enthusiasm. We want a wine to drink every day without thinking about it too much but which can be enjoyed at any time and with anyone, easy but not obvious.

All the grapes we produce are hand-picked by us, in red boxes and then pressed as soon as possible.
